This Privacy Policy explains how CertReady Health (“CertReady Health,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit this website or use the CertReady Health mobile application (together, the “Services”).

Information we collect

The specific information we collect depends on how you use the Services and which features you use. Categories may include:

• Account information. Information you provide when you register or use your account, such as your name, email address, a user ID, other registration information, and the contents of support communications you send us.
• Study and learning activity. Information generated as you study, such as questions attempted, answers submitted, correctness and accuracy, progress, content completion, mock-exam activity, mock-exam scores, and other study interactions.
• Exam Readiness Score and readiness information. Preparation and readiness information generated from your study activity and mock-exam performance.
• App activity. Information about how you use the app, such as login and activity information, the certification track you select, feature usage, and progress.
• Subscription-status information. Information about your subscription status received from Apple, Google, or our own systems (for example, whether a Premium subscription is active).
• Device and technical information. Technical information collected to keep the app reliable, such as operating system, device type or model, app version, diagnostic information, and crash or error information.
• Usage and analytics information. Information about how visitors and users interact with the Services, used to understand and improve them. In the app, this information may be associated with your account.

Some of this information is associated with your individual account (“account-associated data”). We may also work with information in aggregated form (combined across many users) or in de-identified form (with identifiers removed so it is not reasonably linkable to you). We do not describe account-associated data as anonymous.

How we use information

• Operating and providing CertReady Health;
• Displaying your study progress and readiness information;
• Generating Exam Readiness Score information;
• Analyzing learning and content performance;
• Improving question and content quality;
• Identifying difficult, confusing, skipped, or problematic learning content;
• Administering subscriptions;
• Providing customer support;
• Troubleshooting;
• App performance and analytics;
• Security, fraud prevention, and abuse prevention;
• Improving CertReady Health’s products and services.

Subscriptions and payments

Premium subscriptions are purchased and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. When purchases are processed by Apple or Google, we do not receive or store your full payment-card information. Purchase and billing information is handled by the applicable app store under its own terms and privacy policy. We may receive limited subscription-status information (for example, whether a subscription is active, renewed, or canceled).

Analytics

We use analytics to understand how the Services are used so we can improve them. In the app, analytics information may be associated with your account; we may also use aggregated or de-identified analytics. We do not treat account-associated analytics as anonymous. We use Google Firebase to support analytics and crash and error reporting. Where required, we honor applicable consent choices.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the Services (for example, hosting, email, analytics, and crash- and error-reporting providers such as Google Firebase), with app stores in connection with subscriptions, and when required by law or to protect our rights and our users.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business or legal purposes. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify the applicable personal and study data, except for certain limited information we may retain where required or permitted for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, security, or similar legitimate purposes.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To make a request, contact us at admin@certreadyhealth.com.

Account deletion. Registered users may request deletion of their CertReady Health account and associated personal data at any time using our Account & Data Deletion page (https://certreadyhealth.com/delete-account), or by emailing us from the email address associated with the account. Deleting your CertReady Health account does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription; you must manage or cancel a subscription through the applicable app store.

Children's privacy

The Services are intended for adult learners and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above.
